With the delivery of two mobile crushing systems in 2015, we continued our successful cooperation with Croatian companies.
Some of the largest mobile crushing systems in the world are constructed at our idyllic location on the south bank of Lake Lucerne, with a capacity of up to 1100 t/h. The utmost priority of our company is to fulfil all possible requirements and demands of the customers, no matter whether the device is large or small. Our mobile crushing systems are renowned throughout the world for their quality, efficiency and long service life.
GIPO has been a familiar name in Croatia since 2001 and has delivered over 45 machines to date. This year, for the first time, a mobile tracked crushing system of type GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA was delivered to Croatia. The system has a weight of 32 tons incl. screen (26 tons without screen) and is capable of processing up to 200 t/h of material. This system offers a broad spectrum of possible applications, low transport weight, high efficiency and quality. Numerous references and satisfied customers were the most important factors in selecting and ordering this system.
The GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA system is equipped with a 2-deck pre-screen, a 1-deck screening machine, magnet, remote control, integrated oversized particle return conveyor, compressor, particle filter, belt weigher and a water system for dust control. In this way it is possible to fulfil all requirements for the processing of natural stone, the recycling of reinforced concrete, asphalt or mixed construction waste. Thanks to the additional screen units, the GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA can also supply a final product with a precisely determined granule size.
Expanded system section for screening
The basic models GIPOREC R 90, GIPOREC R 100 and GIPOREC R 131 can be expanded with 1 or 2-deck screen units. With this additional equipment it is possible to sift the final product, in order to attain a precisely defined granule size. The basic models can be assembled as required, and can be transported with or without the screen unit. This results in investment savings, reduces fuel consumption and environmental pollution. The conveyor belt for large granule sizes is permanently installed inside the device and there is no requirement to disassemble it for transport. Connecting and disassembling the screen unit takes less than 10 minutes.
