Bauma 2016

10. 03. 2016

GIPO is represented at this year's bauma with 3 plants. The Swiss plant manufacturer shows the impact crushers which have proven very successfully in use, the GIPOKOMBI RC 130 and GIPOREC R 150 special as well as the new Mobile Screening plant GIPOSCREEN S 1860 with integrated air separation system. The plants are equipped with the latest technology and have a very high productivity and efficiency. As a novelty and highlight the crushing and screening plant manufacturer presents the new diesel-direct drive system. The crusher is directly driven by a gear implying low losses. Through the new hydraulic solution the auxiliary drives like channels, screens and conveyor belts are driven with optimised consumption. The new drive concept promises a very economic operation.

It is best to convince yourself on the spot. Welcome at the bauma 2016 in Munich!

GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR with special iron output as unique feature

The very efficient mobile tracked combined plant convinces by its compact design, the crusher discharge with discharge channel below the impact crusher and the 1600 mm wide crusher discharge conveyor, the iron output in the direction of the material flow and the large 2-deck final screening unit 1800 x 5000 mm. This plant also features a separate 2-deck pre-screening unit and a return conveyor which can be rotated hydraulically.  Especially the iron output in the direction of the material flow with the strong overbelt magnet as unique feature offers many advantages. Through this procedure the iron parts are even better grasped and discharged by the magnetic separator.

GIPOREC R 150 FDR GIGA special

The mobile tracked crusher type GIPOREC R 150 FDR special which has proven itself in the harsh recycling environment excels with an extremely efficient impact crusher P 150 and iron output in the direction of the material flow. This type of plant also features a large separate 2-deck pre-screening unit, a crusher discharge with proven discharge channel, a 1600 mm wide crusher discharge conveyor and a radial stockpile conveyor. Consequently, this type of plant is equipped with everything it needs for optimum performance in the toughest recycling jobs.

Mobile screening plant with air separation system

The new GIPOSCREEN S 1860  mobile tracked screening plant consists of a large 3-deck screening machine and an integrated air separation system for the discharge of light-density materials like wood, plastics, insulation materials. On the 3-deck screening machine the feed material is separated into various grain sizes. With the integrated air separation system the light-density materials are blown out of the fractions at the transfer points by the screening machine onto the conveyor belts by means of special air nozzles made of light-density materials in order to obtain a clean, high-quality final product. The air separation system uses an air-circulation process with integrated fine-dust filtering system. The new mobile tracked screening plant with integrated air separation system has been developed and constructed in close collaboration with our practice-oriented client.

Overall, GIPO plants excel because of their outstanding reliability, high performance, robust and compact design, high-quality components, maintenance-friendly construction, ease of operation and their proven longevity.

GIPO AG combines long-term experience in the field of processing plants which are especially constructed for the stone and soil industrial sectors as well as for the recycling industry. GIPO has always set standards in the field of treatment technology. As Swiss pioneers in this field our engineers have decisively contributed to the further development  of components and machine types. Flexibility is paramount in the company's philosophy and thus technical innovations are brought permanently and within a very short time into the plants.

We look forward to meeting you at our stand FN.924/1 in open-air area north at the bauma 2016 in Munich.
