When Oliver and Alexander Wacker needed to replace one of their GIPO combination systems, we defined a new combination system over several visits and discussions.
New drive concept
The Wacker brothers were quickly convinced of the new drive concept. It was clear to everyone that the long, constructive and very friendly cooperation provided little risk in the construction of a new system. The reduction in diesel consumption would be possible with the direct drive of the rotor.
This was clear from the first hour of operation and the expectations were well surpassed. Nobody could have imagined such a marked saving in diesel consumption. The system has been in operation until now and has proven itself.
Innovation at the Bauma in Munich
The system was presented as a GIPO innovation at the trade fair in Munich, and received a large amount of interest.The system has already had over 1000 operating hours since April, and can be operated completely smoothly.
Collaboration continued
We are constructing a further Type R 100 C GIGA crusher plant. As very faithful and valued customers, we wish to thank the Wacker company for the purchase of the crusher plants and for their trust in us.
