In 2012 the 500th GIPO plant was delivered. Only 4 years later, GIPO AG celebrates the 700th delivery of a GIPO plant. End of February the 700th GIPO plant left the works in Seedorf and was transferred to the long-time GIPO customer Moreno Palumbo. Actually, Moreno Palumbo operates 2 GIPO plants. The company domiciled in Knonau is specialised on the treatment of old coatings, concrete and construction material recycling.
The new mobile tracked impact crusher plant with screen unit, type GIPOREC R 131 C GIGA is a proven and flexible at use plant. The GIPO transport system deserves a particular mention. This system allows the plant to be transported without a flatbed truck. To displace the GIPO plant from one site to the other, the crusher plant is connected to a 3-axle transport bogie and can then be lifted and transported by means of the fifth-wheel coupling of the towing vehicle. This alternative brings high mobility, low total weight and very short set-up times. Herewith a high efficiency is guaranteed.
