For the past twenty years, WERAG has been involved in processing resources from demolition material at several locations in the Berne region. For this business, it has constantly adapted its machinery to the increased quality standards and now operates three GIPO crushers. The latest of these is a mobile tracked GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR DA.
Demolition material is returned to the material cycle
Since 1998, WERAG has been one of the many customers of GIPO AG in Seedorf in the Canton of Uri. From then on, the practical experience which the processing experts gained with the plants were continually incorporated into the new constructions. Urs Weber, Facility Manager at WERAG and an experienced recycling expert, values the flexibility with which the Seedorf-based manufacturer can address customer requirements.
The excellent personal contact and the top-notch customer service provided by GIPO were among the deciding factors in the evaluation for the choice of a GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR DA. This plant will replace a forerunner plant from GIPO, with which more than 2 million tons of demolition material, reclaimed asphalt, concrete waste, etc. were processed during around 13,000 operating hours. As Facility Manager Urs Weber has acknowledged, WERAG has had very good experience with the use of this plant for resource processing.
