The family-owned company Hubschmid Gruppe in Nesselnbach AG, which has a very broad field of aggregate processing, concrete production and civil engineering, has commissioned a new crawler-mounted impact crusher plant. This GIPOREC R 100 FDR GIGA with 2-deck screening unit replaces the crusher in operation since 2010.
The decisive inspect in the choice of model was that all components such as unbound mixtures and reclaimed asphalt can be processed in one operation and the material cycle can thus be closed. This includes in particular the processing of reclaimed asphalt into granulate. The focus of the purchase decision was upon a machine size class, which facilitates easy transportation with company vehicles to various construction sites.
The basic model of the GIPOREC R 100 FDR GIGA tracked system model, which has proven its worth in tough applications and stands out due to its high flexibility, has been expanded to the extent that it can be operated and transported with or without a screening unit.
