Following on from a GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA crushing plant, which has been operating successfully since 2011, Marti AG Solothurn has also been using a new tracked GIPOREC R 100 FDR GIGA spezial for some time now. Both systems handle the material preparation for the Marti Group, but also for external orders, on a case-by-case basis. For the most part, concrete demolition, gravel and excavated asphalt are processed by our own construction sites for gravel processing.
In use to date the GIPOREC R 90 has really proved its worth with smaller cubic volumes and has achieved in excess of 1,200 operating hours per year. It is also suitable for remote construction sites by virtue the ease with which it can be implemented and transported.
In the case of the new acquisition of the GIPOREC R 100 it was also possible to offer the great advantage that the Marti Group's extensive experience made it possible to fulfil special requirements and to accommodate particular wishes during the plant design. This includes in particular the iron extraction in a longitudinal direction for the processing of heavily reinforced concrete. Further special equipment elements are the screen box with an enlarged screening surface for increased performance and an air classifier for the precipitation of light material in oversize grain. With these features, the GIPOREC R 100 is mainly used on fixed preparation sites to process the increased demand for recycled building materials as suitcase material or as an additive for RC concrete production.
