Welcome to the Mawev Show 2018 in Austria and Construction Machinery Fair in Berne 2018!

Mawev Show 2018

The Mawev Show celebrates its 10th staging in the heart of Austria. From 14 until 17 March 2018, more than 1'000 construction machines and vehicles will be making a stop in St. Pölten / Wörth, Lower Austria. The new 200'000 m² event venue provides national and international exhibitors with an ideal platform to showcase the very latest industry trends.

Construction machinery fair in Berne 2018

The Construction Machinery Fair from 21 until 24 March 2018 is the largest and most important trade fair for construction machinery, formwork construction and accessories. At the BERNEXPO grounds, centrally located in the heart of the capital, leading manufacturers and importers will present all the latest developments in the construction machinery industry, innovations and pioneering trends. Exciting special shows and informative forums as well as the first ever championship held of construction machinery operators in 2018 make the exhibition of the construction machinery industry the most relevant meeting place in the industry for four days.

GIPO at the Mawev Show 2018 in Austria

GIPO presents the tracked impact crusher that has been tried and tested many times in the form of the GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA final screening unit. The system impresses due to its compact design, the low transport weight of 27 tonnes and the 2-deck pre-screener. The plant is equipped with an pulveriser P 90 with two impact rockers, a crusher inlet of 870 x 850mm and a rotor with an impact circle diameter of 1100 mm, with the tried and tested crusher discharge with discharge chute, a large final screening unit 1300 x 3000mm and integrated oversize recirculation.

Like the other GIGA plants, the system stands out due to its high flexibility whereby the basic model of impact crusher can be extended according to customer requirements and can be operated and transported with or without a final screening unit. This plant is particularly suitable for small and medium-size crushing jobs. Using this plant the crushed material can be screened off and thus a qualified final grain size can be produced. In a crushing process up to 3 fractions can be produced.

GIPO at the 2018 Construction machinery fair in Berne

GIPO is represented at this year's construction machinery fair in Berne with two plants: With the tracked GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR DA, which has been tried and tested in very tough conditions, and the brand new GIPOBAC B 1200 C tracked jaw crusher. The new jaw crusher shall be presented at the Construction Machinery Fair in Berne for the first time.

The plants are equipped with the new and innovative crusher direct drive. The new drive stands out due to the lowest fuel consumption levels and the highest economic efficiency. The crusher is directly driven by a gear which ensures low loss. Because of the new hydraulic solution, consumption is optimised on the auxiliary drives like channels, screens and conveyor belts.

Features of the brand new GIPOBAC B 1200 C

The GIPOBAC B 1200 C tracked crusher is equipped with the newly developed single toggle jaw crusher. The crushing inlet size is 1,200 x 750mm. A special feature is the new hydraulic gap adjustment. The new single toggle jaw crusher is very robust and suitable for hard rock.

And of course, as ever, in Swiss Made quality.

Ideally, you should come and see for yourself. We look forward to seeing you at the Mawev Show in St. Pölten-Wörth, Austria, at our stand in the outdoor area A49 and at the Construction machinery fair in Berne at our booth in the outdoor area G9 102.
