ZECH Umwelt GmbH, a German company with head office in Bremen, was looking for a new crushing plant for its quarry in Exdorf to process the limestone blasted there to various classified and high quality fractions. The existing crushing plant reached its limits for feed sizes up to 800 mm, clay inclusions and a minimum feed capacity of 350 t/h.
No electric bits and pieces
The crushing and direct control system, which have proven their worth and the indestructibility of the plant are crucial factors for the usage in a quarry. Competent and straight-forward advice, the consideration of client requirements and solutions for cost optimisation were the determining factors to finally opt for the GIPOREC R 131 FDR GIGA DA. The incredible throughput of up to 400t/h can be managed by use of the highly powerful GIPO pulveriser P 100. As already mentioned, the core of the plant is the GIPO pulveriser with an inlet measuring of 970 x 920 mm and a rotor diameter of 1,200 mm, the large screen machine1,500 x 4,500mm and the new and innovative crusher direct drive.
