In glorious spring-like weather, we were recently able to celebrate a special event. The handover of the 1000th GIPO plant to our customer RZO AG marked another milestone in the history of Emil Gisler AG / GIPO AG AG. The accumulated experience of 999 former plants, coupled with know-how, pride and tradition, are united in this, the 1000th plant to be delivered.
Our long-standing customer RZO AG Recycling Züri Oberland, represented by Mr Bernhard Kunz, was visibly proud to receive this masterpiece as an jubilee plant. RZO AG already has five GIPO plants in operation. Based in Volketswil, the company specialises in the treatment of waste pavements. This involves loosening the bitumen from the stone without the stone being broken. The plant technology for this is only used by the GIPO company, the system being mounted on mobile units.
The GIPOKOMBI RC 2100 Mag’Impact is characterised above all by a high throughput capacity. A Magotteaux vertical impact crusher and a large 2 x 5.5 metre screening machine are used for the purpose. With its powerful C15 Caterpillar diesel engine, the drive provides the necessary performance.
We wish RZO AG every success with their new GIPO plant and would like to thank them warmly for the order.
