Abbruch M. Reithelshöfer GmbH [M. Reithelshöfer Demolition Co. Ltd.] is a family business with over 50 years of experience in the field of earthworks, demolition and recycling. With over 200 employees, the company is based in Roth-Aurach and operates in the Nuremberg area. We had already delivered two GIPO plants to Abbruch M. Reithelshöfer GmbH in recent years. Now the oldest of the two, a GIPOREC R 130 FDR, which had clocked up almost 14 years and 10,000 operating hours, needed to be replaced. Once again, a mobile and, above all, powerful crushing plant was required; a compact, flexible plant, so to speak, for short-term and small-scale crushing assignments. Another requirement was that the set-up time be kept within 20 minutes, and that the maximum transport weight be 60 tonnes.
Third GIPO plant
After an intensive evaluation phase, we are very pleased to have been awarded the contract for a third GIPO impact crushing plant by M. Reithelshöfer GmbH. An impressive feature of the GIPOREC R 131 FDR DA is its powerful P131 GIPO impact mill, having an inlet of 1270 by 920 mm and a rotor diameter of 1200 mm. The wide crusher discharge conveyor belt measures 1400 mm, preventing tiresome material jams under the rotor and at the transfer points. An efficient Scania DC16 drive, with the latest exhaust gas stage 5 and the proven direct drive system, complete the system.
