Johann Müller AG in Schmerikon is a longstanding customer of ours. Last year we had the pleasure of equipping them with the new GIPOSCREEN GS 155/2 track-mounted coarse screening plant. The new screening plant replaced an old GIPO system that had been reliably in service for around 30 years. Thanks to the rapid availability of the GIPOSCREEN GS 155/2 from the warehouse in Seedorf, it could be tested intensively before the purchase. The new plant is mainly used for screening wall gravel and rubble.
With its built-on coarse screening machine, the screening system has a high degree of versatility and can be got ready for transport in next to no time. The finger screening facility means that even heavily contaminated material can be processed.
The head of the gravel plant division at Johann Müller AG, Urs Müller, particularly appreciates GIPO AG’s helpful service and well qualified specialist staff. In case of problems assistance is provided at once, and the speedy availability of spare and wear parts ensures minimal interruption of work and limits downtimes. Improvements and new ideas are discussed and implemented together. For example, this screening plant too was converted to the ‘made by GIPO’ material combination, and according to Urs Müller this has been an excellent solution. Despite the special situation caused by coronavirus, the screening plant was speedily commissioned and so was soon up and running.
