After a wait of six years, MAWEV is finally taking place in Austria in 2024. True to the show's motto "Demonstration instead of pure presentation", no stone will be left unturned this year either. A huge range of construction machinery, equipment and vehicles will be shown operating in live-use sessions – when all is said and done, everything has to be put through its paces. Around 25,000 visitors and more than 150 exhibitors are expected on the 225,000 m² exhibition grounds from 10–13 April 2024.
Together with our Austrian representative, Polixmair, we will be welcoming visitors to stand B30 in the outdoor exhibition area. Sandra and Ferdinand Polixmair have been successfully handling the sale of GIPO crushing plants across the whole of Austria since summer 2023. On our shared stand at MAWEV, visitors can see the GIPO P 131 GIGA impact crusher and the GIPO S 156/3 screening machine for themselves.
Setting the standard for efficiency and versatility
The GIPO impact crushing plant features tremendous performance and versatility. This plant efficiently crushes large quantities of rock and concrete with its powerful diesel engine and robust impact crusher. At the heart of the GIPO P 131 GIGA is the robust and powerful P 131 impact crusher. The 2-deck screening machine (1,500 x 5,500 mm) ensures optimum separation. The plant can be extended with an air classifier system in the oversize material circuit and lower deck for use in recycling. With the integrated air classifier (light material separation), light materials such as wood, plastic and other light foreign materials are efficiently blown out of the material flow using a special air nozzle. This results in a purer, higher quality end product.
High throughput and clean separation
The tracked GIPOSCREEN S 156/3 3-deck screening machine impresses everyone with its tremendous performance. Thanks to the large screen area (1,524 x 6,100 mm), a high throughput is guaranteed even with small final particle sizes. Adjusting the screen angle to the characteristics of the material ensures optimal separation of the material on the screen surface, increases productivity and improves the accuracy of the classification.
